Radiant Growth Collective™ Community Participation Agreement

Welcome to the Radiant Growth Collective™ (RGC). The RGC is a private community created and hosted by TLC Coaching LLC on the Skool platform. By requesting to join and participating in the community, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are

The Radiant Growth Collective™ is a private membership community owned and operated by TLC Coaching LLC, founded by Tara Crowl, LPC, Kansas City, Missouri. The RGC is hosted on the Skool platform and is accessible to approved members only.

2. Community Purpose

The RGC exists to support members in their journey toward personal sovereignty, Human Design embodiment, and aligned living. It is a space for growth, honest conversation, mutual support, and connection with others who are doing the deep work of rooting their truth and unleashing their radiance.

The RGC is not a crisis support service and is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. Tara Crowl participates in the community as a coach, not as a licensed mental health professional. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or seek appropriate professional care.

3. Membership

3.1 Eligibility

Membership in the RGC is open to adults 18 and older. TLC Coaching LLC reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application at its sole discretion.

3.2 Payment

Membership is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payment is processed through Skool's built-in payment system at the time of enrollment and on each renewal date thereafter. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains current and valid.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access through that date. Membership fees are non-refundable. Annual memberships will not renew after the 12-month period if cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment information. TLC Coaching LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if a payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts to collect.

4. Community Conduct

4.1 Expected Behavior

All members are expected to engage with kindness, honesty, and respect. We are a community of people doing real, sometimes vulnerable personal growth work, and that deserves to be honored. Specifically, members agree to:

  1. Treat all community members with dignity and respect regardless of differences in background, belief, or experience
  2. Take responsibility for their own emotional responses and reactions
  3. Give feedback only when explicitly invited to do so
  4. Bring concerns about the community or another member to Tara directly rather than addressing them publicly within the community

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted in the RGC and may result in immediate removal:

  • Harassment, bullying, targeting, or sustained criticism of any member
  • Sharing explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
  • Promoting products, services, programs, or business opportunities without prior written approval from TLC Coaching LLC
  • Recruiting members for other communities, programs, or platforms
  • Soliciting members for any commercial purpose
  • Divisive political content or campaigning
  • Any conduct that violates Skool's Terms of Service

TLC Coaching LLC is not responsible for the behavior or actions of any community member. We are not liable for any disclosures made by members based on information shared within the community.

5. Confidentiality

What is shared in the RGC stays in the RGC. Members may share their own experiences, insights, and personal takeaways from the community. Members may not share identifying details of other members' stories, struggles, or personal disclosures outside of the community without the explicit permission of the person who shared them.

This confidentiality expectation applies across all formats including verbal conversation, written communication, screenshots, and social media. Violation of this expectation may result in removal from the community.

6. Group Call Recordings

Live group calls within the RGC are recorded and are generally made available to active members within 48 to 72 hours of the live session. By participating in live calls, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are for active member use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published outside the community without express written permission from TLC Coaching LLC.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 TLC Coaching LLC Content

All content created and shared by TLC Coaching LLC within the RGC, including training materials, worksheets, frameworks, session recordings, and written content, is the intellectual property of TLC Coaching LLC. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for their own growth and development. Community content may not be reproduced, shared publicly, resold, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Tara Crowl.

7.2 Member Content

Members retain ownership of their own contributions within the community. By posting in the RGC, you grant TLC Coaching LLC a non-exclusive license to reference or share your contributions within the community context, including in recordings of group calls made available to members.

7.3 Third-Party Methodologies

Content within the RGC may reference Quantum Human Design™ and the Quantum Alignment System™, which are the intellectual property of Dr. Karen Parker, used under appropriate certification and licensing. The 9 Resiliency Keys framework is also the intellectual property of Dr. Karen Parker and is used with attribution.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

The RGC provides tools, community support, frameworks, and coaching resources to support your personal growth journey. Your results depend significantly on your own engagement, effort, and willingness to implement what you learn. TLC Coaching LLC makes no guarantees or claims as to the outcomes any member will experience.

8.2 Not Professional Advice

No content shared within the RGC constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you require support in any of these areas, please seek qualified professional assistance.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLC Coaching LLC and Tara Crowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the RGC community or your use of community content.

9. Removal Policy

TLC Coaching LLC reserves the right to remove any member from the RGC at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these community standards, conduct that disrupts the community experience, failure to maintain payment, or any other reason at Tara Crowl's sole discretion. Members who are removed will lose immediate access to all community content. Membership fees are non-refundable upon removal for conduct violations.

10. Privacy

Your participation in the RGC is governed by the TLC Coaching LLC Privacy Policy, available at taracrowl.com/privacy-policy. By joining the RGC you acknowledge that your membership information is processed through Skool's platform, which has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled within their system.

11. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from membership in the RGC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Platte County, Missouri.

13. Changes to These Terms

These terms were last updated on May 8, 2026. TLC Coaching LLC reserves the right to update these Community Participation Terms at any time. Active members will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Agreement

By typing YES in response to the required membership question during Skool enrollment, you confirm that you have read this agreement in full and agree to all terms. The full agreement is available at taracrowl.com/rgc-agreement.
