We offer Human Design readings, individual coaching, and community membership through the Radiant Growth Collective. Ours website are taracrowl.com and radiantgrowthcollective.com.

3.2 Radiant Growth Collective Membership
Membership in the Radiant Growth Collective is subject to the RGC Community Participation Agreement, which must be accepted prior to community access being granted. Membership is billed through Skool's payment system and is subject to Skool's own terms of service in addition to ours.
3.3 Free Resources
Free resources offered through these websites, including the Human Design free report and any downloadable materials, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from TLC Coaching LLC.

7.2 Third-Party Content
Human Design system content references the work of Ra Uru Hu. Quantum Human Design™ and Quantum Alignment System™ content references the work of Dr. Karen Parker and is used under appropriate certification and licensing. The 9 Resiliency Keys framework is the intellectual property of Dr. Karen Parker and is used with attribution.
7.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you contribute within the Radiant Growth Collective™ community on Skool. By contributing content to the community, you grant TLC Coaching LLC a non-exclusive license to reference or share your contributions within the community context.

15. Waiver
Failure by TLC Coaching LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication and good-faith negotiation. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be conducted in Platte County, Missouri.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service were last updated on May 8, 2026. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of these websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where we believe a change may not be reasonably expected, we will notify active clients and members directly.
